Modified iPhone case to help market Mophie and Otterbox products

This simple modification of an Otterbox or Mophie case can help guys finally get rid of their wallets and sell more iPhone cases!  No more carrying your cell phone and wallet in your pocket or you hands when you are out and about.  Let’s face it, what is a wallet for?  It’s to carry around your debit and credit cards (which if you have PayPal, you don’t need to carry around so many) and your driver’s license or ID card.  This improvement to a Mophie or Otterbox design will include two to three pockets on the back of the phone case, which would allow space for credit cards, license or ID cars and even folded up cash.  The prototype shown uses construction paper for these pockets, but they could be made from thin, durable plastic sheets that are an integral part of the phone case OR they can be made of a rubberized material to match the material of the body of the case.  

An option for this improvement could be an outer pocket that has a viewable window for your license or ID card, so you don’t have to remove it when you need to access that information.  Another option might be a money clip on the outermost pocket to store some cash. 

This added feature to the product can be a great way to market to young men on the move who like to travel light.  It’s great for going out for the night with the ability to carry your credit cards and some cash, while being able to flash your ID when entering a club or bar.  A commercial might show just that:  two young men going out on the town and entering a night club.  One man is fumbling around with his wallet to get his ID and cash to pay to enter while on his phone.  The other man (also on the phone) simply reaches to the back of his phone to grab some cash and momentarily flashes his ID to get in without reaching into his pocket.
